The love of food began early in his life, and for Chef Michael Balkovic, food is not only his profession, it’s his passion. Constantly researching new recipes and cooking techniques, he is committed to serving everyone, no matter what their dietary or special needs may be.
The quality of the food you eat is a vital part of the quality of your life, and Chef Mike is here to offer you outstanding food, personalized to your own tastes, prepared in your own home, with quick and easy clean up.
After serving in the Us Army and doing a Tour in Iraq, Mike obtained an AA Degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta in Culinary Arts and has worked for Renowned Chef’s as well as worked at Top Companies from The Fifth Group to Disney, ESPN to Balducci’s, BoneFishGrill to Wolf Mountain Vineyards and now for You.
My Passion for Good Food started at a young age. My Mother always liked going to different types of resturaunts and allowed me to explore new and different items I was not familiar to seeing at our family table. The more I tried the more I liked. As I got older and had the opportunity to travel the Country and the World I knew that a Career as a Chef was the way to go. I love cooking with Seasonal and Locally Grown products (when available).
